  • Is there something better then eating a raspberry tart in the middle of the forest? We really enjoyed spending these hours in the middle of complete peace and vibrant silence of nature. With the sent of pine needles and wood around us we felt complete emerged into the aura of the forest. We wish we could always live in such a peaceful and beautiful place of freedom and unlimited beauty. . Even in moments that aren’t as pure and harmonious as this afternoon it is important to realize that we get to choose how to react to conflicts and stressful situations in life. Instead of tripping over your own words and feelings by simultaneously setting the world around you on fire, try to take a moment to reflect on the confrontation in front of you. What is the others Motiv, what is actually stressing me, what is actually making me feel angry/ distressed and finally how can I change it to the better! One important step in life is to realize that it is to short for long negotiations, carrying a grudge or stressing about situations. Be one step ahead and think of a solution to avoid getting stuck in a treacherous cycle. . What a week!
